If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, you may contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package and the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable.

  • A copy of the invoice, if provided with the order.

Our team will review the submitted information and verify the claim before determining the appropriate resolution.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

A return or replacement request may be rejected if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • The original seal, packaging, tags, or labels have been broken or removed, where applicable.

  • The product's serial number, batch number, or identifying details have been altered.

  • The damage occurred due to improper handling or use by the customer.

  • The customer cannot provide sufficient information to verify the claim.

These conditions do not override any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Refund Policy

Once a return or refund request is approved, Utsav Kart will initiate the applicable refund process.

  • Prepaid orders: Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account or other permitted refund details.

  • Processing time: Refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.

The actual time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Replacement Policy

Where a replacement is approved, Utsav Kart will arrange a replacement subject to product availability and verification of the claim.

If the same product is unavailable, our team will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.

7. Return Inspection

Returned products, where authorized, may be inspected to verify the reported issue and eligibility.

If the returned product does not meet the applicable return conditions, Utsav Kart may decline the request and arrange to send the product back to the customer, subject to applicable law.

8. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner. Any eligible refund for a successfully cancelled order will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.
